End User License Agreement
This agreement applies to all apps and websites developed and owned by OXI Apps ("we", "our", "us"). It outlines our terms of service and commitment to user privacy. Please read it carefully. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Your use of our products confirms that you have the legal authority to accept this agreement. If you process personal data from the EEA, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will also apply and take precedence in case of conflict.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our products for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.
Changes and Updates
We may update our products or this agreement at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. We also reserve the right to discontinue services at any time without liability.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products on one device at a time. Intellectual property rights remain with OXI Apps. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our software or content.
This license ends automatically if you violate the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using our products immediately.
Your Data
We do not collect personal information such as names, phone numbers, or addresses. If personal data is received through support, it is kept confidential and only used for support purposes. It can be deleted upon request.
We use Google AdMob and Adx for advertising, which may collect data such as device identifiers for personalized ads. EU users are shown only non-personalized ads with consent.
Ad Tracking
You can disable ad tracking in your device settings. You may also contact ad providers directly to opt out or request data deletion.
Cookies
We do not use cookies, but third-party services may set them. Please review their opt-out options if concerned.
Internet Permissions
Internet access is required for downloading content, displaying ads, analytics, and linking to other apps or services.
In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer in-app purchases.
Social Media Integration
Our apps may allow sharing content to platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. We do not access your social media data.
Non-Advertising Apps
Apps without third-party ads are not subject to the above advertising policies.
Legal and Security
We may share data with authorities or other companies to combat fraud, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. We will do so only as permitted by law or with your consent.
Opting Out
To stop us from using your device info for ads, you may purchase an ad-free version or stop using the app. EU users already receive non-targeted ads.
Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we delete it. Parents/guardians may contact us at oxiappstudio@gmail.com to rectify such issues.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately upon posting. Please review periodically.
